Blog MakeOver Anyone?!?!

I want a blog makeover... however, I am clueless!!!! I tried... I have really tried but I just don't get it, can't get it, and oh so need some help!

The last attempt at a blog make over ended with a huge virus on my computer when I downloaded some "helpful" adivce off of a blog makeover website:(

So, here is my idea...

I would love to PAY someone to give me a blog makeover... preferably someone that is in need of raising money for their adoption.

I would like a really cute banner at the top with my children's pictures.
I would like tabs at the top. Example: our story, photos, email me, give aways...
I would like a different kind of font than what we have.
I would like a signature at the end of each post.
But MOST IMPORTANTLY I really want it to be cute:)

SO, if you know anyone talented that would be interested in earning some money for their adoption please have them leave a comment on my blog and an email to reach them. I will not post their information on my comments.

I was out of the 1st trimester and felt like  I was out of the danger zone... There was no heartbeat.. the sonogram confirmed it.. We had lost our baby a few days shy of 16 weeks. A Season of Change

So today is the day that I share with the rest of the world the changes going on in our family. I know it may be hard for some to understand and not all will agree, but I know in my heart that we are doing what is right no matter how difficult it may be. Anna Li will be leaving our home and joining her new family very soon. It was a very difficult and agonizing decision for us but it was a decision made with Anna Li and not for Anna Li. We love Anna Li with all of our being, and she loves us as well. We have made lots of progress over the past year. It seems as each day goes by we get closer and closer to each other. With that said, there is still a huge emptiness in Anna Li's heart. She misses her country, her culture, the food, and the people. Living in small town America limits the opportunities we can give to Anna Li. Disruption.. never an easy choice

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/eu_russia_adopted_boy Heartbreaking!! Just heartbreaking! As a mother who has disrupted her adoption I feel that I need to speak out. First and foremost, I 100% disagree with what this woman has done. Unfortunately, disruption happens... more than most realize. It is one of the most painful agonizing decisions that any parent could ever have to make. It is not something you go into lightly, but when you enter into that decision, there is a legal way to go about it. Shipping a child back to their country ALONE with a note is cold-hearted and completely unacceptable. I can see where the outrage is coming from! However, I feel that when a person's emotions are high she may tend to say things without completely thinking them through.
