Dylan 5 Months

Dylan Thomas Gray
is
now 5 months old!
(Ok, so it was 3 days ago but who is counting!!)
My little baby isn't so little anymore!
He loves to eat!
ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!
(I have some baby food pics I will post later!)
He can sit up all by his self:)
The little booger will not sleep in his baby bed. Like all the others he has to sleep with mom and dad. What can I say... they are only little once!
*** breaking news***
I laid Dylan in his bed to fuss a little and something magical happened:)
He fell asleep!!! This is a first and it happened just minutes ago!
I am sure it will never happen again. Too easy... my life is never too easy!

In the Arms of Jesus

Ella Ruth Gray February 2, 2011 5:37 am On February 2nd, 2011 I went for my 4 month prenatal check-up.  I was looking forward to hearing my child's heartbeat. I was out of the 1st trimester and felt like  I was out of the danger zone... There was no heartbeat.. the sonogram confirmed it.. We had lost our baby a few days shy of 16 weeks. I was admitted to the hospital, labor was induced and I gave birth to my little girl at 5:37am.  She was tiny... only 2 oz and 6 inches long.   Tiny little feet... Tiny little hands... We held her in a little pink blanket  handmade by Threads of Love. Ella Ruth is her name. (Ruth after my grandmother) Only the Lord knows why... why my baby girl had to die. I pray that through our loss His name will be glorified! Disruption.. never an easy choice

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/eu_russia_adopted_boy Heartbreaking!! Just heartbreaking! As a mother who has disrupted her adoption I feel that I need to speak out. First and foremost, I 100% disagree with what this woman has done. Unfortunately, disruption happens... more than most realize. It is one of the most painful agonizing decisions that any parent could ever have to make. It is not something you go into lightly, but when you enter into that decision, there is a legal way to go about it. Shipping a child back to their country ALONE with a note is cold-hearted and completely unacceptable. I can see where the outrage is coming from! However, I feel that when a person's emotions are high she may tend to say things without completely thinking them through.
