About JJ Heller's LOVED
When JJ Heller and her husband/co-writer, Dave, began writing for their sixth studio album LOVED, life looked a few shades darker, more painful and confusing than it had during the work on their work of the recent past. Over the past few years, the duo steered much of their material toward the whimsical and simple joys of life, love and new parenthood. But, when confronted by illness, death and broken marriages within their community, the Hellers chose to stay true to the weight of their season of life when crafting lyrics this time around.
One lucky bloggy friend will have a chance to win a copy of their own!! Just leave a comment for a chance to win!

VeggieTales GIVEAWAY!!

We now have a new favorite in my house…..

My 3 year old Dylan and 2 year old Nate LOVE watching the newest VeggieTales movie:

ABOUT:
The Little House That Stood

When the Three Little Pigs roll into Cabbageville looking to build some new houses, they meet one builder with a plan and two without a clue! Larry builds with hay, Mr. Lunt with bricks, but only Bob builds his houses on a firm foundation - following the wise plans from the Master Builder's Handbook! Will the Little Piggies make the right choices when it comes to building their houses - and their lives - on solid ground? Find out in this parable that shows kids when they follow God's blueprints, then can stand strong when the storms come!

OUR REVIEW:

As I said, it was a crowd pleaser with our totsJ  They have asked to watch it over and over again! I think it would be the perfect gift for your child’s Easter basket this year!

Their favorite part was all the songs! They danced and sang along throughout the show. Larry teaches us a new silly song “Happy Tooth Day!”

Dylan said his favorite part was Bob and LarryJ “I love them.”

As a Christian Mom, I am always pleased with Veggie Tales. They teach our children the stories of the Bible in a fun way they will always remember. I love the parable of the wise and foolish builders and thought it was very clever to incorporate “The Three Little Pigs!” They also do a wonderful job retelling the classic Humpty Dumpty story “The Good Egg of Gooseville.”

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Matthew 7:24

I am so pleased to announce that I am giving a FREE copy of this Veggie Tale Movie away TODAY!! All you have to do is leave a comment on my blog or on the Facebook link. Good Luck!

Little Angels GIVEAWAY

We had the privilege of reviewing Roma Downey’s Little Angles “Prayers for Every Day”.” It seemed to appeal to my 3 year old the most. He called it his “Bible” and wanted to carry it to church yesterday.

The book is put together beautifully with bright colors and cute little characters. It is sturdy and durable to withstand all the love it can from a little oneJ I thought this book gave us a great opportunity to talk to our children of the importance of prayer throughout our day. The book gives wonderful examples of prayers for morning, praise, thanks, mealtime, and much more! They each have a catchy little rhyme. Throughout the book it gives us perfect reminders of God’s word.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) has given their seal of approval and I do too!
